Weekender Garden

I did this a while back but I never got around to taking a picture of it and putting it up for sale.

It's for the occasional gardener. A plot that is not too small and not too big.

There are vegetables, flowers and fruits in the garden.

The Weekender Garden is 39 land impact and 10x7. It is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh. It is available for 49L on the Marketplace.

Eco Minima House

This rustic wooden beach house is only 52 land impact. The house itself is 21x7 while with the balconies, it is 24x11. It has 1 bedroom and an open concept living/dining/kitchen.

This house has no doors and no scripts were used. The house is unfurnished. The furnitures I used are from Bazar. I have also added the optional landscaping and island(additional 26LI). The house and plants are copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh. I have made 2 rezzer boxes, one with the plants and one without.

Parcel for sale

After a lot of thinking, I've decided to put my 4096 parcel up for sale.

This is where I set up my demo houses and also build my houses. I've thought about this a long time, I'm not always in SL, and with the recent hike in LL prices, it's like a sign.

It's a corner parcel with 2 water sides, one side has the setting sun. I'm setting it at 55,000L.

*edited* As of  today, I no longer have a demo shop. While I know a lot of people prefer seeing the houses before buying, it is no longer feasible for me to maintain it.

I do try my best to build it the best I could and I have included pictures of the houses. And I have always tried to address my customers' issues within reasons. So for the moment, I will leave it at that.

I am very sorry for this inconvenience but situation was beyond my control.

One day in May

This month's Collorbor88 has a lot that I like although until today, I didn't have time to be in SL. So it was shopping day for me instead of building.

First up is the Misa skin from Glam Affair. Although it's for Lelutka Aida head, I find that it fits Simone too. Next is the hair from Tram. I bought the cute lace top from Tetra and matched it with the flared jeans from Tres Blah.

Then there's the very adorable country girl dress from Pixicat.

The sheep are from Jian and the hair is Seventeen from Lamb which I got from last month's Uber. It matches perfectly with this daisy print dress.

Amelia Farmhouse

Amelia Farmhouse is inspired by the Italian Farmhouse but with a modern twist.

It's a cute little villa with large windows to give you the best possible views but also private with it's high walls that leads up to a bedroom with it's own balconies.

Amelia Farmhouse is 72 land impact and sits on a 25x25 area. I have added optional landscaping which is 63 land impact.

Amelia Farmhouse is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh. Some scripts are no mod.

Amelia Farmhouse is now available for 399L on the Marketplace.

Stefan Farmhouse

Stefan Farmhouse is another building inspired by the Italian and Tuscany Farmhouse.

This farmhouse has 2 separate building joined by a covered porch.

The building on the right side has one private room on the ground floor while the building on the left has two private rooms on the upper floor.

Stefan Farmhouse is 125 land impact and sits on a 32x25 area. I have added optional landscaping which is 106 land impact and needs a 32x32 area.

Stefan Farmhouse is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh. Some scripts are no mod.

Lorenzo Farmhouse

Lorenzo Farmhouse is inspired by the Italian countryside farmhouse.

This building has 3 storeys. There are 3 private rooms, 2 on the second floor and 1 on the third floor which can also be turned into apartments. The first floor is open spaced.

Lorenzo Farmhouse is 140 land impact and has an area of 32x25.
The optional landscaping requires a 32x32 area and aditional 76 land impact. Total, 216 land impact.

The building and landscaping are copy, mod and no transfer. Some scripts are no mod.
