Color Challenge week11-aquamarine

When I typed 'aquamarine' in my inventory, this is what I got....

I played around with effects from pixlr.com to get this picture.
But I think the color aquamarine is this:

The color of the sea.
Or maybe this:

There's blue-green in that tunic.
I should just be a mermaid...

One of the things I like to do in SL is collecting poses for picture shots. Only recently I found out how to put the poses into posestands so that other avatars can use them too. This also helps me reduce my inventory. I still haven't figure out how to add couple or multiple poses. 

I was going for a rocker chick look with black leather outfit and all that but yesterday I spent all day at the Black Horse country listening to country music and this is what happen... Maybe next time.

Blue Onyx

The Donna Flora Blue Onyx set is my first ever Donna Flora jewelry. I've seen her creation before but I've always thought they were too impressive for everday wear and I just like to wear jeans and a blouse. But when my sl in-laws were celebrating their second anniversary, I remembered I had this Azul gown with the low back which would look great with this set.
Now I have a couple more of Donna Flora's sets and I wear them with my jeans and blouse. This is SL after all so what if I look mismatched.
I had to do a lot of modifying with that capped sleeves so that they won't stick under my arms too much when I took these pictures.

Color challenge week10-Avocado

I happen to have a couple of avocado clothes in my inventory from Sn@tch: Tweed Capris and the Granny Sweater both in Avocado.

Keeping Busy

My mind likes to wander and wander. Think about things that aren't there, think about things that are improbable.... just think about anything that will make me depress. I really have to remember that most things are just out of my control and there's nothing I can do about it but ride the wave and hope I don't crash.
So one of the things I like to do is landscaping. I can't do that in RL coz my mom has monopoly on our garden so what's left is my plot in SL.
