Maribella Cottage

I've ran out of names for my houses so I've decided to name them after my KittyCats.

The Maribella Cottage.

Before showing more of the house, let me tell you about Maribella. Maribella is from a long line of pretty kitties. Her great grandparents are Baby Blue and Ulysses and they have these beautiful whiskers called Dreamy and Ulysses have these beautiful bi-coloured eyes called Odyssey Kaleidoscope. All of Baby Blue and Ulysses descendants are absolutely beautiful to me.

And recently, Maribella gave birth to this beautiful boy with the bi-coloured eyes called Exotic Treasure which he inherited from his father.

Now the Maribella Cottage:

The Maribella Cottage is a cosy craftsman style cottage. It has a separate living, dining and kitchen. On the ground floor, it has a spacious room which can be a guest/study room and a smaller room as a bathroom. On the upper floor, it has 3 spacious rooms.

a Family House

My latest house is another family home I have named Hampton Waterfront Family Cottage. It has 3 large bedrooms, a bath and lots of space for entertaining. The house can also fit 2 cars and a boat.

It is 128 land impact and has a base area of 24x40. It is partial mesh and unfurnished.

Breezy House II and III

The idea of making open-planned houses suddenly seemed like a good idea to me and I was inspired to do two more Breezy Houses and this time, both had boat docks. Because I like water:)

Breezy Coastal Family House-Boat III is one of my bigger houses going at 29x29 base area and only 107 land impact and it has both a boat dock and a car garage as can be seen by the picture below:

It has an open floor plan for the kitchen, living and dining area. Behind the kitchen is a smaller room which can be a powder-room or a study/office.

Upstairs it has 3 large rooms which are meant to be bedrooms and a medium-sized room which can be turned into a bathroom.

The second Breezy House is a combination of the first and third house. It is 72land impact and has a base area of 22x19.

 It has a boat dock but a vehicle can be parked on the empty area infront of the house.

In this house, there is only one closed room with a balcony.

A Breezy House

This house is all about space.

The Breezy Coastal Bungalow is a house with an open space concept and 1 room upstairs.

This house is modifiable so if you would like to have more rooms, you can add them yourself. My main concern was to make sure the land impact was low enough so you could put in more of your decorations and furnitures.

Beach Shacks

I think the one month of almost being away from SL helped because I am inspired to build more houses. As usual, these are small to medium-sized houses.

The Beach Shack

Here is another small beach house:

The Beach Shack is a compact double storey 2-room house with a deck. This house has long ceiling to floor windows to let in the light and for great outdoor views.

This house is perfect for singles or couples.
