This house is all about space.
The Breezy Coastal Bungalow is a house with an open space concept and 1 room upstairs.
View of the living and dining area.
This house is modifiable so if you would like to have more rooms, you can add them yourself. My main concern was to make sure the land impact was low enough so you could put in more of your decorations and furnitures.
house spec:
40 land impact
25x18 base area
copy, mod, no transfer
partial mesh
unfurnished
*the no mod sign is only for the scripts
The house is now available for 99L at my in-world store and on the Marketplace.
Please see the demo house at my in-world store before you purchase.

Beach Shacks
I think the one month of almost being away from SL helped because I am inspired to build more houses. As usual, these are small to medium-sized houses.
The Weekend Beach Shack I.
28 land impact
25x17 base area
copy, mod, no transfer
partial mesh
View from the kitchen area. On the left is the double french-door that leads to the small bedroom.
Another view from the kitchen and on the right is the living area with the ceiling to floor windows.
View of the kitchen.
With a little bit of modification, this house can also be turned into a boat house. This house is for sale at only 49L. You may purchase the house at my in-world store or the Marketplace.
I also made a double-storey version:
The Weekend Beach Shack II.
36 land impact
25x17 base area
copy, mod, no transfer
partial mesh
With the bedroom upstairs, the living, kitchen and dining area becomes very spacious.
View of the bedroom upstairs.
This house is for sale at 59L. Available at the Marketplace and my in-world store.
Please check the demo at my in-world store.

The Eco 3 House
I wanted to build an eco home using cubes and I came up with The Eco 3 House. It reminded me of a treehouse without the tree and branches.
I've added sliding doors on each of the upper floors leading out onto the roof for more space.
How about dinner outside?
View of the uppermost floor.
An almost all around view of the Woods.
Outside up on the roof for meals.
Kitchen on the ground floor.
You can get this house for 169L at my in-world store or the marketplace. The demo house is available for viewing at my in-world store.
