La Nina Tropical House Too is a double-storey medium-sized brown stucco house. It is very similar to La Nina Jungle House but slightly smaller, hence the added Too:)
It has 3 bedrooms, 2 on the upper floor and 1 on the ground floor. The kitchen is separated while the living and dining is one spacious area. The windows can be open and closed.
The entrance is double-door while the kitchen has an outdoor exit. On the second floor is an open area for entertaining or whatever else you have in mind, flower-potting or painting with the 2 bedrooms on opposite sides of the area.
This house is 92LI and has an area of 21x19. It is copy, mod and no transfer. It is partial mesh.
It comes with and without a rezzer.
