Emily Brick House

 

Emily Brick House is a double-storey house with optional stable. It is 102 land impact and 18x22 base area. I have included a rezzer for easier positioning.

I have also included a stable for this house. It is 21land impact. It is optional. If you use the Emily Brick House w Stable Rezzer, the house and stable has a 30x23 base area and will fit a square 1024 parcel.

It has a long hallway that separates the living, dining and kitchen area. At the end of this hallway is a free area and a private room. Upstairs there are 4 private rooms.

Emily Brick House is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh. It is UNFURNISHED.

Emily Farmhouse

 

Emily Farmhouse is a double-storey white house with large windows and spacious rooms.

It has separate living, dining and kitchen. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. It is 74 land impact with a 16x18 base area. I have included a rezzer for easier positioning. It has separate living, dining and kitchen.

I have also included a stable for this house. It is 20land impact. It is optional. If you use the Emily Farmhouse w Stable Rezzer, the house and stable has a 30x23 base area and will fit a square 1024 parcel.

Seamus Farmhouse & Stable

 After getting my cute horse, I was inspired to build a small house with a stable.

This is double-story farmhouse with the stable next to it. The house has a fenced verandah coz we don't want the horse to hang around there and poop do we? 

Inside, the living, dining and kitchen areas have separate rooms. Upstairs is a small landing space that leads to a bathroom and the bedroom.

Seamus Farmhouse&Stable is 95 land impact and needs a 25x20 area. It is copy, mod, no trans and partial mesh.

I have included a REZZER for easy positioning. I have also included just the farmhouse and the stable separately and I have also included another version of the stable with more windows. The farmhouse is 74LI, stable1 is 21LI and stable2 is 27LI.

Gray House & Stable

Gray House & Stable is a modern home with a stable on the side. It is 79 land impact and has a 21x27 base. The stable is big enough for the Awesome Breed Creations horses as shown in the pictures. You can also turn the two stalls into the garage.

Large windows lets in the light. Next to the stable is the door to the kitchen.

This is the dining and living area that leads to the entrance area and the kitchen area.

The open area upstairs and the door to the bedroom.

Gray House & Stable is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh. I have included a rezzer and non rezzer version. I have also included the flowers which are not linked to the house. If you like them, you can add them to the house. The horses are not included.

Boho House & Stable

 

This is a double-storey wooden house with weathered and painted planks. A stable is included as part of the house. It is big enough for the Awesome Breed Creations Horses as shown in the picture.

When I built it, I was thinking of a house near the river or the countryside. 

I was also thinking of somebody who was artistic and would paint their walls:) Upstairs leads to the balcony, an open area and the bedroom.

Boho House & Stable is 57LI and has a base of 13x18. It is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh. I have included the flowers and window box but it is not linked to the house. If you like them, you can add them to the house. I have also included a rezzer and non rezzer version. You can see more pictures on the Marketplace.

That Crazy Barn Houseboat

 That Crazy Barn Houseboat is another version of The Red Barn Houseboat. You can find it here. I wanted a houseboat on my little plot of water land, but I also wanted to have my horse and pony too, and land living was getting boring for me, so.... I did some rebuilding.

This version has a stable that can fit the Awesome Breed Creations horses, maybe a couple of horses or a few mini ponies.

It is still spacious enough to fit in a kitchen and living area and the bedroom upstairs.

That Crazy Barn Houseboat is only 39 land impact with an area of 18x17(the houseboat is 12.5x18). It is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh. Some scripts are no mod.

It is unfurnished. I have made a rezzer and non-rezzer version. I have also included the potted plants if you want to use them.

Connor Country House & Stable

 

So, another house for my Clydesdale Connor!

Connor Country House & Stable is especially made for the Awesome Breed Horses. It is a small and narrow double-storey country house with adjacent stable for 3 large horses. I have also added fences so the horses can't escape(not that they ever will!)

It is made of old white brick and rustic wood. I made the shutters blue to match with the roof to get thatbeachy feel. Next to the stable is the tack room, or laundry room, or what ever you want it to be. From that room, you enter the kitchen/dining which also leads out to the entrance.

Upstairs is the living area and the bedroom.

Connor House & Stable is 62 land impact and has a base area of 19x12. 

It is UNFURNISHED. Furnitures in the pictures are from Lisp, Kazza and ChezMoi. The house is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh. Some scripts are no mod. I have also added the climbing ivy and trellis as part of the house.

Connor Loft & Stable

 

Connor Loft & Stable is a small renovated barn. It is especially made for the Awesome Breed Horse. It has a stable for a minimum of 3 horses.

Right next to the stable is a room that leads up to the open spaced living area.

Connor Loft & Stable is 32 land impact and has a base area of 19x10. 

It is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh. It is UNFURNISHED.

I have made one house with a  rezzer version and one without. I have also added one Geranium in a Window Box which is copiable and modifiable.

Connor Loft & Stable is available for 160L on the Marketplace.

Skye Loft & Stable

 

It's been a couple of years since I last build a house and stable and I've always wanted to do a stable and house together.

Skye Loft & Stable is a renovated barn made spefically for the Awesome Breed Horse. It has a stable for a minimum of 3 horses. You can squeeze up to 6.

Next to the stable is a room that leads up to the open spaced area and a private living quarter.

Skye Loft & Stable is 50 land impact and has a base area of 19x13. It is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh. The no mod is only some of the script. It is also UNFURNISHED.

I have made one with a rezzer and one without.
