It has a living area and a separate kitchen with a back door that leads out to the patio. Upstairs are 2 rooms and an open-spaced area. The floors are marble for cooling. The upstairs rooms have wooden flooring which matches the stairs.
Minima Matteo is 51 land impact with a base area of 16x11. It will fit a 1024 parcel. It is copy, mod, partial mesh and no transfer. It is UNFURNISHED. I have also included a rezzer for easier positioning.
