My little parcel is now a little ranch. The horses have out numbered the cats and the dogs. This month the Liaison Collaborative has gone Country Chic and while I was there, I bought the Dakota Bandana Top and Jacket from GO! so is the pose by [evoLove]. The hair and hat is from Argrace and the jeans from JustBecause.

Most of my kitties are now over 120 days old and no longer breedable except for the remaining 2 pairs of Toyger Tans Kittycats. Above is another pose by [evoLove] and Moon is wearing Undone Top by Neve from the same event. The hair is from Diva! and the necklace from Maxi Gossamer.

And Jinx has a texture Hud for your Water Horse Bento Riding Horse out at the Liaison Collaborative called Country Mane where the horse's mane is plaited into a diamond-shaped net. You also get to add daisies on the plaited mane and the forelock.

Pretty don't you think? In the 2 picture above, Moon is wearing the very lovely flower head accessory called Bagatiba by LODE at this month's Chapter Four. This is a Gacha item. The hair is from LittleBones and the dress is from Schadenfreude.

my Pretties

When I am not inspired to build, I like to take pictures of my pets. Here is Moon with Jack the Bulldog and Norita the Scottish Siamese Seal enjoying a lazy Saturday in Sway's FLF Agwe Moon Chair.

Here is Moon giving Jill a little PDA. When I was getting a whole lot of dogs, I had no idea that these Bulldogs would turn out to be my favorite. They are utterly adorable to me. I've never met a real bulldog so I'm not sure if it would still be the same. I've met a real pug and I have to say, I prefer the real one than the virtual one:(

Anyway, I added 2 more horses to my 'stable'. I don't have a stable. I just leave them on a little island next to the treehouse. The white horse is a Gypsy Vanner. I had no idea that when I bought her, she has in her dropdown menu under equipment the unicorn horn. So I am overjoyed that I actually have a UNICORN! Next to her is my Plains Kaiila which I found out at the same time, also have in his equipments, spikes! Now he looks really fierce. My other new horse is the American Paint Horse. I bought him for his colourful markings and the feathers in his tail and mane.

It's no burden when you love them

There is less than a week left to Hair Fair 2017.

Here is Moon with Jackie Maine my bento Water Horse with pretty ribbons and flowers in her mane which I bought from Jinx. Moon is wearing hair from Yse called Favor which I bought at the Hair Fair. I've been looking for hair that can be tucked behind the ears. There is also a hud with 4 slightly different variations.

The necklace and earrings Moon is wearing is a group gift freebie from Heartsdale Jewellery[HJ] which I happened upon when I wandered into SWANK. Today Moon is wearing a different eyeliner and lipstick from the Deetalez Monica makeup HUD for a close-up picture.

My Zebras finally had their baby! It felt like forever waiting for my mare to pop her foal. Unlike my other breedables, the foal comes out live and for the first 3 days, her mother nurses her. I haven't seen any nursing animations and I'm not sure if there are. I'll have to find out.

On a day like today

Hair Fair 2017 is going on right now.

And this hair I bought from Exile at the Hair Fair which Moon is wearing seems to be all over the blogs and flickr pages. I can't blame them. I love, love, love the hairstyle too! That's Jack my grown-up Bulldog with Moon.

The top Moon is wearing is a freebie groupgift from COCO. The jeans are from Just Because which I bought from the Marketplace. It is so difficult to find a pair of straight leg non-booootilicious slightly flared pants nowadays. Moon is also wearing sandals from KOKOIA.

After the Art Museum, it was time to go riding with Jackie. Jackie is my Water Horse and she's a Bento wearable so that means you can take her anywhere and she moves and fidgets like a real horse too. She's now a white horse with blue markings that I got from Jinx at the Fantasy Collective. It's so exciting that I can also dress up my horse!

Last, here are my pink BioBreeds Boxers. I had no idea they would grow this huge! My KittyCat Ramses the Mummy wanted to be in the photo too. KittyCats just love taking pictures. Everyday they would come up to Moon and ask to have photoshoots together:)

Rainbow

Today I braved the lag again at Summerfest 2017. Yesterday I could hardly move and I gave up.

I wanted to get the DRD Boho Backyard Roarke Chair and the DRD Boho Backyard Athena Couch before I forget. I'm so glad these aren't gacha items. That said, they do go so well with my other items from past gacha events, some I bought at the events and some I bought at Flea Markets. It is so colourful it reminded me of rainbows.

My tree house is still a work in progress and this is just the sitting area. Right now I have so many breedable pets, I'm running out of prims and they're popping boxes. I told myself to stop breeding but how can I resist those cute faces!

My Kitty's Tree House

While in the process of building a tree house, I took a break to built this tree house for my precious virtual kittens to set home to.

And it's also a freebie. You can get it at my in-world stores in Farshore, Besma or Too Adorable.

This is how the stretched out version of the Tree House looks like on my pets' parcel.

The Kitty's Tree House is built with old prim sculpt except for the platforms which are old prims. It is modifiable and you can stretch it to ginormous size and the tree house will still be 8 prims. As a big tree house, you can also share it with your kittens as I have done:)

I have also made it phantom because I didn't want my kittens or my other virtual pets to keep on banging against the tree. Basically, you set your kittens home on the platforms and when they wake up, they will jump down onto the ground.

Since it is modifiable, you can also untick the phantom while in edit mode. You can mod the tree any way you like:)

KittyCats Winter Collection 2016

It's that time where I get excited again. KittyCats Winter Collection 2016 costume kitties are here!

This time they come in snowkitty packages. They're called Frosties Snowbabies. Isn't that cute?

These are mine, SnowBabies Let it Snow Girl and SnowBabies Citrus Snow Boy. They both have the carrot noses but the boy has a smoking pipe to go!

Eleanor the Cowgirl Kitty

Second Life started celebrating it's 13th year this weekend and I've been around over 8 years.
Last week I discovered that almost 30K of my items in my inventory had vanished and I doubt I'll be able to replace any of them or even want to. I'm relief that my KittyCats and most of my building stuffs didn't disappear.

Meet my Eleanor Cowgirl Kitty. She is KittyCat's gift for SL13B called Shared Adventure.

Indeed she is a shared adventure because if not for KittyCats, I have a feeling I would be leaving SL with all it's misadventure. So Thank You to the people who made these virtual kittens so adorable I just had to keep on playing with them:)

Spring Lucky Kitties

KittyCats Spring Collection came out yesterday. As previous years, there are 2 collections and this year they are the Maneki DreamS and the KittyCornS.

Maneki figurine cats are said to bring good luck and all around goodness to their owners. There are a lot of myths about the Maneki cat and if you're interested, you can check it out here. I'm so thrill to get the Maneki because it reminds me of my own rl Siamese Flame who whenever she stretches, she would raise one of her arms up. Too Cute!

Chocolate BunnyCat for Easter

Another very short post about my KittyCats.

For Easter this year, KittyCats has given us KittyCat lovers the Chocolate BunnyCat. Between now till the 28th of March, we may have this surprise kitty birthed from their regular KittyCats. There are 3 colours, purple, gold and green eggs but each avatar can only get one surprise.

 I got the purple egg this after evening:

The egg doesn't come with the bunny ears. The bunny ears is part of the Pixlr Express Easter edition. Anyway, under the purple costume, my KittyCat is a Burmese Flame with Tapestry Royale eyes which is sort of purplish and so I've decided to partner her with my favorite Odyssey Kaleidoscope eyed Black Bengal.

Maribella Tudor Garden Cottage II

Here is another version of the Maribella Tudor Garden Cottage, a house with an attached Greenhouse/SunRoom/Conservatory.

This house has the Fairy tale turret for an entrance.

And here is a picture of Moon and some of the KittyCats. I couldn't resist posing them infront of the house.

Unlike The Maribella Tudor Garden Cottage I, this house is not open-planned. There is a separate kitchen and dining area from the high-ceilinged 'Great Room' and a smaller room on the ground floor. There are 2 rooms on the second floor and a final 'attic' room on the third floor.

It is 3 stories high and it also has separate rooms so the land impact is higher than the previous house. I didn't want to build a too similar house. I have also made 2 rezzers, one just for the house(142LI) and another for the house and the extras(236LI).
