MaryJane Victorian House

MaryJane Victorian House is a 2-bedroom double storey home with bay windows and verandah. I've added more decorative trimmings to this house to enhance the charm of the Victorian style. Which is why this house is 105 land impact.

The verandah/porch.

Another view of the verandah.

The double door that leads to the dining/kitchen.

The open concept floorplan of the ground floor.

This house sits on a 24x17 base. This house comes unfurnished but I have added optional floral landscaping for the grounds as seen in the ad pictures which is 58LI. The potted plants on the verandah are not part of the landscaping. I have also added rezzer and non rezzers for people who don't like rezzers.

MaryJane Victorian House is available for 599L at my in-world store and the Marketplace. Please see the demo at my in-world store.

Holly Cottage

Named after the Hollyhocks infront of the house, Holly Cottage is a cute little Victorian style home with a lot of surprises. It is only 59LI and sits on a narrow 14x21 base.

Here is a side view of the house with the front deck.

The other side of the house has a back door and that long window on the second floor is to let in more light when you climb up the stairs.

View from the entrance.

The open floorplan with the kitchen, dining and living. Everything and the kitchen sink!

For a little house, Holly Cottage is spacious and can fit in a lot of stuffs. The furnitures I used to decorate the house is from Bazar. The landscapings included are optional.

The house is 59LI and 14x21. With the landscaping, it is 98LI. It is copy, mod, no transfer, partial mesh and unfurnished. I have included rezzer versions and non rezzer versions for the houses.

Holly Cottage is now available for 189LI at my in-world store and the Marketplace. Please see the demo at my in-world store.

Boathouse-Cabin III

I thought I was finished with the cabin. I was wrong. I realised it would also be a great-looking boathouse for my small beach parcel and so I did some renovation work.

It's a very small building, only 12x17 so that it would fit the small parcel and still have space on all sides. And, if your parcel is land-locked, you can turn that boat parking area for your car:)

The kitchen from Bazar fits just nice, but then, I built the house to it's specification.

You can also view these pictures on my flickr.

The Michael's Modern Boathouse-Cabin III is now available for viewing at my in-world store and purchases can be made there or the marketplace.

specs;
40 Land Impact
12x17 base area
copy, mod, no transfer
partial mesh
unfurnished

I've also included a fireplace and log as the other 2 previous cabins but they are only available with purchases on the marketplace.

The Tudor Rose Cottage

One of the first houses I rented was a Tudor style house. It was more for the role-play sim it was on. The house had shabby, torned walls and was too dark. I didn't like it but there weren't many choices back then. And for a long time, I was reluctant to do these medieval style homes because I know to get the details, the prim would be higher than the modern houses I like to build but for the moment, I've run out of ideas for modern houses and I also wanted to do a modern take on the old style.

So here is the next house in my New Cottage Series, The Tudor Rose Cottage:

It stands on a 19x22 base with a land impact of 167. The house is unfurnished but the red rose bushes comes with the house.

The sitting-room.

The dining-room.

The bedroom.

The house is copiable and modifiable. On the upper floor, it has 2 bedrooms and a bath and a spacious open area.
Furnitures I've used are mostly from Bazar. I know, I'm not very original but it's been so busy in my rl that I have to rush things.

I have put The Tudor Rose Cottage at the Simple Things Mainstore and the Marketplace. The Cottage demo is available at the Mainstore. As I always advice, please check the demo out before you purchase so that you can be sure.

Last, I wanted to see how the cottage looks like in a row so I rezzed a few cottages. The picture below has been pixlred.

Reminds me of a housing estate.

The White Rose Cottage

I was inspired to build a cottage after all the houses on water.
The thing about cottages is that they're a tight squeeze inside so they might not be very popular unless I make it an open-plan concept. But. I won't. The house is modifiable, so if the cottage starts to feel crowded, the walls can be taken out.
The cottage is named after the white rose bushes.

Side view of the cottage. The rose bushes come with the house.

Back view of the cottage. Great for barbecues.

The entrance to the cottage.

The sitting-room.

Another view of the sitting-room.

The dining-room.

The kitchen.

The TV area.

The bedroom. There are 3 bedrooms but this is the largest room.

The bathroom.

The base area of the house is 19x22 and the land impact is 218. A demo is available for viewing at the Simple Things Mainstore. You can also purchase the cottage there or at the Marketplace.

All the furnitures are from Bazar, specifically the Floria sets.
