Mabel Whimsical Tudor Cottage

 

Mabel Whimsical Tudor Cottage is an inspired whimsical Tudor house with a twist of Gothic fairy tale. This house is a little bit rustic and dark.

I made this house in shades of brown, from the finials to the herringbone brickwork.

The house has a separate living area, an open dining area with the staircase going up and a private room. The kitchen is separate and has a back door. This house has 4 different sized rooms upstairs. So, 5 private rooms and you can choose which to be the bath if you want.

This cottage is 114 land impact, 21m wide by 17m. The wall is 4m high. It is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh. It is UNFURNISHED. I have added a rezzer for easier positioning.

Coffee with the bears and penguins

 

This morning I thought I'd drop by Winter Love Valley after purchasing Tram's latest hair at Collarbor. 

The hair comes in a fatpack for this event. You also have to purchase separately the hud colour for the hat. I have not been keen with the new hair colouring, but I was willing to give it a try. I can also choose to tint my hair colour preference. 

Anyways, I have this old Pixicat jacket from ancient days FLF and I paired it with The Kiwi Orchard Edit Ceres jeans and Addams Florencia Boots

Btw, I am using low graphics because the internet is horrible at the moment.

Saoirse Manor

Saoirse Manor is a double-storey Tudor/Victorian inspired house. It has gentle sloping roof made of wood and timber accent, old bricks and stones.

The house has an entrance which has a private room attached to a small room on one side and the living room on the other side. Further down is the kitchen which has an exit door and the dining-room which has a smaller room next to it. Both have exit doors.

Upstairs is a narrow hallway opened up by the railing. There are four different sized rooms.

Saoirse Manor is 127 land impact and has a base of approximately 22.5m by 19m. It's walls are 4m. It is copy, mod, partial mesh and no transfer. It is UNFURNISHED.

Whimsy Wilhelmina Manor

I wanted to make a small family home with a whimsy twist, which became the sloping front roof.

This cosy house has a front verandah under the slopping roof. The living, dining and kitchen area are separated. There is a back door from the kitchen. You go upstairs from the dining area. This is a great starter home for a new family.

There are 3 different sizes bedroom and a compact bathroom to scramble for every morning and evening! What fun for the family:)

I have included some PICTURES where I have added furniture in the kitchen, dining and living area. The house is not furnished. These are furniture from Why Not, Bazar and Muniick.

Whimsy Wilhelmina Manor is 104LI. I couldn't decrease the land impact because the many roof took a lot, but then, it wouldn't be whimsical.

The base area is approximately 19x12. It would fit a 32x32 parcel, but then you might not have enough to fully decorate the interior and land area.

It is no transfer, partial mesh and modifiable except for the scripts.

Aurora Cottage

 I felt like building something girlie.

This is Aurora Cottage which is loosely inspired by the Victorian-style.  It is a double-storey house with a verandah, separate living, dining and kitchen which has a back door.

Upon landing upstairs, there is an open area for creativity and separate bedroom and a small bathroom.

Aurora Cottage is 85LI, has a 16x17 base area. It is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh. Some script is no mod and you are able to modify the house. I have also included a rezzer for easier positioning.

Two small houses

 

Sully Hideaway is a small double-storey weather-beaten cabin with open spaces upstairs and downstairs.

It has an entrance door and a back door for hasty exit.

It is suitable anywhere, a swampy land, a mountain parcel with lots of trees and even the bare spaciousness of the beach.

This cabin is 43LI with a base area of 9.5x14.5, it is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh.

I have included a rezzer for easier positioning.

Cooper Cabin is a small single-storey open-spaced concept wooden home with one bedroom and an attached bathroom.

I made it for an inland area wooded parcel but it can also be placed near the waters.

The cabin is 27LI, 16x12.5 

I have also added optional plants.

The cabin with flowers and grass is 33LI

The cabin with flowers, grass and scuplted trees is 42LI

Cooper Cabin is copy, mod, no trans and partial mesh. I have added a rezzer for the cabin.

The pumpkin hunt at Addams

This was a fun, but not so easy hunt at Addams. Fun was getting the prizes which I think was worth every minute of the search. The jacket and the boots are definitely reusable. I'm not into skimpy clothes, so, I don't think I will be wearing the top and hottie pants as everyday wear unless there is some sort of event for it.

There are 9 very small 2D pumpkins that you have to find to get the prizes. The last one is a 250L store credit which a win!

The top is very risque so I also have on a BOM black bra. The hair is from Truth VIP gift and the nekos are from Jian.

Included in the hunt is a pumpkin colored short dress with a color-hud for the bow.

Everyday wear... Hair is [monso] Maytika Hair /Black & Red from past weekend sale.

Wearing a fluffy fur jacket always makes me feel I wannabe-a-rocker! Dripping!

Meet Jubilee

 I got a companion for my Jesse. Another Icelandic Horse.

Just look at her funky forelock! Unlike Jesse, Jubilee is quite the extrovert. As soon as I set her to wander, she was trotting around, poking her nose curiously in the bushes around my plot and sniffing the kitties. Jesse would just trot off to the big tree and stop. I am amaze at their different personalities. Guess I have to give Jesse time.

I have basically cleared my plot so that I can have enough prims to rez the horses and ride them. Sometimes I do feel the urge to move again to a bigger plot, but the thought of doing up my demos and changing the LMs on the marketplace is too much for me. I think I've moved almost every 2 years! Just like an army brat...

And I don't want to have 2 different places, so...

My special KittyCats have all grown up and ready to breed! So it is cuddle time for us. Below is an Ai interpretation of  Art Nouveau with them.

Snuggle by the Campfire

 I have reshuffled my Autumn place yet again. But it is still in season. I am a simple girl and an almost empty space is sufficient for me except when I want to make a picture.

Him: [hoorenbeek] Lookbook Autumn Essential. I bought the whole 5 sets coz it was such a good deal, 360L each with top, pants, shoes, sunglasses and some with hat. Otherwise it is 480L each set. I can also mix and match. Now I don't have to fuss over what to wear when I want to take a picture. At least for Fall!

My kittens KittyCats are no longer tiny and difficult to see. I can now set them on the lap and pretend I'm stroking them. Their purring sound makes me imagine that they know. It is amazing how I can get attach to virtual things! Maybe it is part of being a human.

It is now Autumn in Luanes World. There is a horse rezzer at this farm area. So, of course I am riding one.

 I have not been inspired to build since I got my Jesse(Icelandic Horse). So, it has been a lot of riding, exploring, going to live music events and even sailing. Which is FUN! I have pictures of my adventures posted on Primfeed if interested. I am no longer using Flickr or FB.

I've also been taking dressage lessons at Regal Mane Equestrian. I want to learn it too fast but my fingers are not cooperating on the WASD and EC keys. It is frustrating, but I will persevere. Picture above is from my third class. Horse avatars are welcome too.

Somewhere on Blake Sea with it's expansive stretch of water is a good place to go sailing.... slowly.

I am loving the look below. I had to change back to Lara because that is an old Blueberry Ela jacket from the Good Vibe pack and the top doesn't fit LaraX even when I tried manually using the alpha hud. Glasses is from a freebie from A&D during past Shop&Hop. Hair is from Tram. Necklace is from Kibitz. The only items new are the jeans and sneakers which are from The Kiwi Co Opalite.

Seamus Farmhouse & Stable

 After getting my cute horse, I was inspired to build a small house with a stable.

This is double-story farmhouse with the stable next to it. The house has a fenced verandah coz we don't want the horse to hang around there and poop do we? 

Inside, the living, dining and kitchen areas have separate rooms. Upstairs is a small landing space that leads to a bathroom and the bedroom.

Seamus Farmhouse&Stable is 95 land impact and needs a 25x20 area. It is copy, mod, no trans and partial mesh.

I have included a REZZER for easy positioning. I have also included just the farmhouse and the stable separately and I have also included another version of the stable with more windows. The farmhouse is 74LI, stable1 is 21LI and stable2 is 27LI.

Falling for Autumn

 Autumn is in SL and I've already done my plot with red, orange and yellow. I love these colour combination. It looks magical in the evenings with the lights. My Pink Fantasy area is gone.

I bought the truck with the sunflowers during last week's sale. It is the UR Apple Harvest Truck. It was 54LI and I had to delete quite a few objects, including the apple barrel.

This is a free gift from Love Superstore for Firestorm Bday. It's called Autumn Dream. I didn't use all the items in the set.

All the furbabies are sleeping except Amos.

I went riding at Calas Galadhon and that big gray is absolutely handsome. You can ride Storm Front from the horse rezzer at Dimrill Dale.

Meet Jesse

 Not that house I built, but my first Teegle horse. He is absolutely cute with his furry chin and his slightly rounded belly. And, best of all, he is the perfect size for my short avie.

He is a Limited Edition 'Baldur' Icelandic Horse I bought from the Dog and Pony Show recently. I googled the name Baldur, and decided to rename him Jesse after a sweet Youtube influencer who absolutely love his horses.

Here is Jesse with BabyBee my chonky mini pony and my sleeping kitties.

The horse comes as is. I think I will keep riding bareback, but I have already eyed a braided mane and tail for him.

Moon is wearing Addams lara sweater from last weekend sale, Coco crossover jeans from the Uber event, Truth Collective Darcy and boots from Bueno I got ages ago.
