Sanderson House is a narrow Georgian Townhouse with high ceilings(walls are 5.5m). The house is 62 land impact and has a base of 18x16. The house is 18x14.

Long staircase at the entrance leads up to the 2 rooms on the upper floor. On each side is the living area and the joined dining and kitchen. Or you can also make the dining and living area the same.
